i. Submitted manuscript should have no less than 8 pages(10 pages preferred, 15 pages maximum), including all figures, tables, and references. One regular registration is within TEN Pages. Extra pages will be charged.
ii. Although we accept submissions in the form of PDF, and DOC/DOCX files, you are strongly encouraged to generate a DOC/DOCX version for your paper before submitting it.
III. Accepted full paper will be subjected to similarity check before publishing. Papers with above 30% similarity index may not pass the final check.
IV. All the tables and figures in the paper should be original and un-published. Otherwise, authors must submit Permission Request Form for publication purpose.
Abstract will be included in conference abstract book only. If you want to publish the research, please send us full paper for reviewing.

The review process will be double-blind. Therefore, your submission will be anonymized by ICPEE. Each paper will be reviewed by at least Two regular committee members. The acceptance decisions will take into account paper novelty, technical depth, elegance, practical or theoretic impact, and presentation. Plagiarism is strictly forbidden in any academic conference, the articles submitted should be original and unpublished. Any Violations will be dealt with seriously in accordance with the policy.
